1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you can request a return in accordance with our return policy below.

2. Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened skincare products

  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

  • Returns made after 7 days of delivery

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable courier service. AEVERIA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
